Bethany primarily works on simulation design and facilitates the Leadership Foundations program. She is also a project manager and contributor to the Insight Experience blog. Prior to joining Insight Experience, Bethany worked in Organizational Development for a private education company, where she constructed training opportunities for administrators, built leadership development programs, and designed performance management frameworks.
Bethany has a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is passionate about finding the potential in people and processes and developing that potential for remarkable results. She enjoys hiking, reading, and baking sourdough bagels.
