Simulated Business Outcomes
Insight Experience’s approach to simulation modeling is to create an elegantly simple model with two objectives in mind:
- The relationships between leadership behavior/decisions and the human, operational, and financial performance of a project or business should be represented in the most realistic way.
- The interpretation and understanding of those relationships are critical to learning, and participants must be able to see the connections and understand them in the program.

Many business simulation models include a simple set of deltas that show improvement or decline, based on a decision. It is not possible to model the real complexity of leadership impact with that approach. Insight Experience uses more sophisticated modeling approaches in order to achieve realistic outcomes. Examples are:
