Flavio is a seasoned strategy and M&A executive with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked with renowned companies such as IBM, SSA, and Infor in Latin America.
Since 2006, Flavio has focused on executive education and management consulting, specializing in leading business simulations and management education programs for senior executives and high-potential leaders. His expertise spans leadership development, strategy, finance, business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management. His client work with Insight Experience includes companies such as Finning and Caterpillar. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, Flavio facilitates programs in all three languages.
In addition to running his own management consulting firm, Flavio is an associate professor at FDC, a prestigious business school in Latin America.
Flavio holds a Master of Science in Finance from Mackenzie University, an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD, and an executive extension in Managing Innovation from Stanford University.
