Who: This four-week experience is best for new and emerging leaders (people managers and individual contributors) who want to build foundational leadership skills through hands-on experience.
What: Participants will build skills across four different dimensions and apply them in a simulated business experience. Topics include: setting direction, developing people, working across boundaries, and thinking strategically.

Executing Strategy
Who: This four-week experience is best for mid-level leaders who are responsible for executing strategy but not necessarily setting strategy.
What: Engage with the Cycle of Strategy Execution™; practice new skills in a business simulation; complete self-directed activities you can do on your own schedule; discuss strategy execution issues with peers across the cohort; and apply insights to a practical action plan that you can implement immediately in your daily work.
