Leah Carey is an organizational and leadership development consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. She has more than 30 years of experience working with all levels of management in a breadth of firms and industries. At Insight Experience, Leah focuses on creating programs that accelerate leadership development and improve leadership effectiveness at both the individual and organizational level.
For the last 20 years, Leah has become a trusted partner to senior leadership teams in leading global e-commerce, biotech, consumer goods, and cybersecurity firms. Leah designs and delivers leadership and organizational development initiatives, including strategic planning sessions, leadership skills programs, and executive decision-making workshops. Her coaching work typically extends through the entire senior team, enabling both individual growth and broad organizational impact. Leah’s coaching style is intuitive and candid, helping clients bring awareness and clarity to their personal and professional growth.
