A purposeful leader who elevates people and transforms organizations, Sarah is a professor, leadership coach, speaker, and former Amazon executive. With almost 20 years of corporate experience in mergers & acquisitions, digital devices, voice technology, books, and human resources, Sarah grew into a skilled general manager. She is a builder with a knack for transforming teams into high-performing organizations and growing them to scale.
Today her focus is on growing the leaders that the future needs now. Through teaching entrepreneurship at the College of Charleston, coaching, and speaking, Sarah is living in her purpose. She is a proud board member of three non-profits, a strategy/business mentor, a home cook, a mom, a wife, an avid reader, and an athlete. Sarah has a master’s from Cornell University and a bachelor’s from Syracuse University.
